How much does shipping cost?

 

Shipping information is located here. PureFilters America is proud to offer FREE on all orders over $80 in the US. Under $80 standard shipping rates apply. *NOTE: We do not cover shipping on returns

What is your returns policy?

Hassle-Free Returns – you may return new, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the product (excluding solenoids valves, commercial and custom orders). All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. *NOTE: We do not cover shipping on returns.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation via email instantly. Your order should be processed within 24 hours and once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the location and status of your package.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping will take 3 to 5 business days for most products. Custom size filters may take up to 10-15 business days.
